Hey guys how u all doin? We have an official trip coming up in 2-3 weeks…Where would you like to go? The Dharamshala-Dalhoisie trip is over…I don’t think anyone is gonna go for that…We have 2 options as of now:
1. The Rajasthan route, consisting of Jaipur, Udaipur and Jaaselmer….
2. Sikkim- Darjeeling -Gangtok Route
If you have any more opinions, please inform me before it’s too late…Remember, we have only 5 days total for the trip, sat, sun , mon, tue, wed….Director is NOT giving permission for more days..otherwise if we want to go for a really LONG trip, consisting of 9 Days (5 working days and 4 weekends), we have to be REALLY STRONG and UNITED..We have to be sure where we want to go and we have to speak to the director as a whole unit..there shudnt be any confusion or hesitation among us…Options in this case would be Kerela, Pondicherry, Mysore or Goa..But we wud have to convince our seniors as well…
Think about it…if the class can reach a consensus, then we can talk to the Director and request him for what we want..

Hello Friends!!! My name is Varun Valsalan Nair, and I am currently doing my MBA from the Centre for Management Studies, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. I have created this website mainly for the benefit of the 2011 batch (we are currently in Semester 1), but anyone can have access and read the material on this website.
What are my expectations from this project? First and foremost, it should be a forum where all of our classmates can interact freely. It should be a lot of fun, but more importantly, it should contain a lot of useful information. The site should be up-to-date with our timetables, our assignments, our presentation topics and dates, etc. We can also start a forum, wherein we can discuss the day's happenings or any important topic related to business.This site can also be a very quick and easy way to dispense information cheaply. All the documents containing our study material can be posted online. Users can also give feedback on any topic that they deem important. In short, this website should serve as the main stop for anyone who wants information about our class activities..
I have a broader vision as well..If this small project becomes successful, we can include our seniors also, as whatever information they put up will ultimately benefit us. We can also invite our teachers online, and if they so wish, they can post their articles or research topics directly. They can also address our queries online as well. So basically, this can be something of a departmental blog, and we can include all sorts of information, not just academic, but also including news about sports and other activities..
Earlier i had started this project in Google Groups...But i liked the functionality of Blogger better, and i think it looks much more interesting..So i shall be slowly phasing out the group and shifting it over here...
So that's it, Im signing off...I hope all of you like this little idea and everyone contributes to make it a success....Most important to remember is that the main purpose of this blog is not only to pass information in a fun way, but to make friendships that last for a lifetime !!!!
